Refund Policy

Digital Programs & Online Training

Due to the nature of digital content and online training programs, all purchases are final and non-refundable once access is granted. This includes downloadable materials, virtual programs, and on-demand content.

Coaching & Services

For 1:1 coaching or scheduled services, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged. Missed sessions or late cancellations are non-refundable.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if a technical issue prevents access to a purchased program and cannot be resolved. Please contact us directly so we can make it right.
